يبدو أن العلاقة بين كنتاكي ومتابعي الدوري الإنجليزي أصبحت متوترة في الفترة الأخيرة ، وكثرت الشكاوي من الشارع الرياضي العماني الذي كان يأمل أن يرى حارس منتخبه أساسيا في ناديه الجديد بعد فترة انتظار طويلة، ولكن إلى الآن لا يبدو أن فترة الانتظار هذه قد شارفت على النهاية خصوصا أن الحارس الذي لعب أساسيا في ويجان كان متألقا في أول جولتين؛ ولم يتلقَّ سوى 10 أهداف وهو معدل ممتاز لحارس في الدوري الإنجليزي .
ويبدو أيضا أننا كشارع رياضي عربي؛ لن نتخلص من فهم بعض قنواتنا المتخلفة لمعنى الاحتكار، فلم يمض وقت طويل على تخلصنا من أحد أكبر فطاحلة الجشع والاحتكار حتى طلّ علينا (شيخ) آخر لا يختلف عن سابقه سوى في بعض ملامح العينين مع فرق بسيط في (الكرش).
لذلك انصح الجميع بترك وجبات كنتاكي التي لا تحتوي سوى على الدجاج والتوجه إلى (أبو نصحه) الذي يقدم انواعا مختلفة كاللحم والكبدة والكلاوي (وفوقهن حبتين زيتون).

الكل شاهد المستوى الذي قدمه الأحمر الأولمبي في بطولة المصيف في السعودية وفي بطولة الخليج التي أقيمت في قطر، وأكاد اجزم أيضا أن الكل كان سعيدا بالأداء والمستوى الرائع الذي قدمه الفريق واستبشرنا خيرا بأن هناك جيلاً جديداً يستطيع أن يكمل المسيرة والطفرة التي بدأناها منذ خليجي 17 بقطر، ولكنني أتمنى أن يكون طموح هؤلاء اللاعبين إلى ما هو أبعد من كأس الخليج ، وأتمنى أن يتساير طموحهم مع طموح جماهيرهم التي باتت تحلم بالوصول إلى المونديال ولعب دور مهم في كأس أسيا ، فلم تعد بطولة الخليج الغير معترف بها دوليا تثير شغفنا واهتمامنا كما كانت من قبل.
كما أتمنى من لوروا أن يفطن إلى أن هناك في المنتخب لاعبين قد انتهت صلاحيتهم ولم يعد بإمكانهم أن يقدموا أكثر مما قدموه، وان هناك أيضاً عناصر في المنتخب الاولمبي تستحق أن تنال فرصتها لتبدأ عملية تبادل الأجيال بشكل تدريجي ويظهر المنتخب بالصورة التي تمزج بين الخبرة والشباب لكي نحقق أحلامنا التي لا زلنا نرسمها في مخيلتنا كل يوم.
وكم كنت أتمنى أن نشارك في خليجي 20 بالفريق الاولمبي دون استدعاء أي من المحترفين وذلك لمنح الشباب الفرصة الكاملة لخوض المنافسات الحقيقية ومواجهة الضغوطات النفسية والاعلامية واكتساب الاحتكاك، حتى يصبحوا مؤهلين لحمل الراية في المستقبل القريب، ولكن للأسف فإن موعد خليجي 20 يتعارض مع دورة الألعاب الآسيوية في الصين والتي سيشارك فيها الاولمبي، مما سيؤثر جدا على دكّة بدلاء الأحمر في بطولة الخليج والتي يتكون معظمها من عناصر الاولمبي.
