أعلن الموقع الرسمي للنادي الألماني ان كل من المدير التنفيذي لنادي شالكه واللاعب الإسباني راؤول جونزاليز قد توصلو إلى اتفاق يقضي بإنتقال اللاعب الإسباني للعب لصفوف شالكه في صفقة انتقال حر وذلك بعد ان انتهى عقد اللاعب مع ناديه السابق ريال مدريد. اللاعب وقع على عقد يمتد لمدة سنتان.
