إصابـــــة بلع اللســـــــــــان

كثرت في الآونة الأخيرة ظاهرة بلع اللسان، حيث فقدنا العديد من اللاعبين مثل بويرتا الاسباني لاعب اشبيلية والكاميروني فويه بالإضافة إلى بلخوجة لاعب الوداد البيضاوي المغربي بالإضافة إلى عدة لاعبين آخرين لا يسع المجال لذكرهم لذا سأقوم بشرح الموضوع بشكل مبسط.

بلع اللسان

اللسان هو عضو موجود في الفم يتكون من أليافٍ عضلية ومسئول عن تحريك اللقمة، عند بلعه يؤدي إلى سد فتحة اللهاة ثم إلى الاختناق.

وبلع اللسان هي حالة مرضية وعارض ناتج عن اختلال في الجهاز العصبي يكون آنيا وتصحبه اختلاجات عصبية وفقدان مؤقت للوعي والذاكرة ومن أكثر أسباب حدوثه:

ضربات الرأس وارتجاج الدماغ : حيث تؤدي إلى خلل في وظيفة الدماغ وزيادة في التحفيزات الكهربائية له واختلاجات عصبية وبلع للسان.
قصور في الدورة الدموية : فقد يؤدي ذلك إلى بلع اللسان واختلاجات عضلية.

هبوط نسبة السكر في الدم :اختلال تركيز بعض العناصر مثل البوتاسيوم والصوديوم داخل الجسم.

الإسعافات الأولية لمثل هذه الحالة:
أولا يجب على الجميع أن يبقى هادئا ولا داعي للتعصب والارتباك، ومن ثم يتم رفع الرأس إلى الخلف والضغط على الفك السفلي مع محاولة دفع زاوية الفك الأمامي وبعد ذلك سيرجع اللسان إلى وضعه الطبيعي مع ضرورة قيام المُسعف بإمالة الرأس للخلف وجعل الذقن في أعلى مستوى، ثم يتبع ذلك فتح الفم بتحريك الفك السفلي للأسفل ثم يُخرج اللسان بطريقة السحب، حيث تُوضع الأصابع (السبابة والإبهام) خلفه على شكل خطاف ويُشد للخارج، وفي حال صعوبة الإرجاع يجب إدخال أنبوب التنفس للمساعدة على التنفس ريثما تُحل المشكلة

ملحوظة

يُفضل أن يوضع المصاب في غرفة العناية المركزة لانه قد يحتاج إلى درجات كهربائية تنشيطية إلى القلب في حالة وجود قصور في الدورة الدموية.
